wastage and lack of focus, please can someone educate me on the purpose of this Minister trip to Brazil?? facility inspection how should that be his own duty..is he mandated by the olympic body to go and inspect..I dnt jst understand purpose of the trip.

see the young people surrounding him; in nigeria old men and women will lead the inspection team

Interesting that a whole minister had to be the one to inspect facilities.

Not that i'm blaming him, just making an observation.

For him to take on that task personally could mean 2 things:

1. His surbodinates are incompetent and lack keen eyes for details in ensuring thorough inspection job is done or ;
2. He has too much time on his hand and is on a "veiled" vacation to brazil.
