As a minister of petroleum Buhari is a failure and disappointment with what we are witnessing on fuel issue
Then as a president, posterity will judge him.

On the fuel issue....the fact is that we need more refineries. Even if all the existing ones are working to full capacity, we would need to still import to meet daily needs.

Add the fact that thanks to subsidy, fuel sellers cannot fix their price....so they hoard. If they were allowed to fix prices, there would be no scarcity....as they would have enough cash to import.(And the minute the govt contemplates removing subsidy, you Nigerians head out onto the street to complain.).

So....unless refineries are something that can be built in a year.....Buhari should not be blamed for the fuel crisis.

When you see their FEC meetings it so dull.....it's like they just go there to hear what buhari body language has to say..... and the buhari himself have nothing to offer.....no serious brain storming goes on there.

compare this present ministers with Gej ministers, the likes of: akinnwumi adeshina, olusegun aganga, okonjo iweala, Stella oduah, Mike Onolememen, deziani, Barth nnaji, Onyebuchi chukwu, omobola Johnson to many to mention.
