I remembered EFCC harassing alleged criminals what I can't remember is whether any politician got convicted and jailed under OBJ's administration,Baba Iyabo where they no thieves? . Bode George was jailed under Yar Adua. Can someone please correct me? Today EFCC is refined, following rule of law, allowing the law to harass people instead.

Simple fact..
Anti-graft should be devoid of as much government interference as possible. This interference makes d body lose credibility and ultimately undermines d war against corruption.
Secondly, we shouldn't expect d courts to bend over backwards to jail someone charged if the case isn't well prosecuted.
Even some notorious criminals in the States have walked or bin jailed on less heinous crimes cos of d strength of their judges.
The EFCC needs more proficient, higher ranked judges to push their cases
The law is blind and should remain so

If EFCC is toothless , they should get prosthetics

1. The criminals or looters now have SANs on their payroll that can delay court cases till forever thereby frustrating the agency's efforts.
2. The current crop of Nigerian youths are willing to support the looters to their graves provided they are from their state or region.

It all have to do with the corrup judiciary system we operate now,all these judges have lost diginity they sell justice to highest bidder now,imagine a corrup SAN going to court with over 100 Fellow SAN to intimidate a judge on a corrupt charges levelled against him.
