Why does Islam allow a Muslim Man to marry a Non-muslim Woman while it forbids a Muslim Woman to marry a Non-muslim man ?

Because Islam doesn't recognise such an union.

A muslim girl can't be married to a non- muslim man. You may or may not like, but this is a direct violation as it goes against the Quran teachings

Well, this got me thinking... since the Muslim holy book was written by the prophet, don't you think this law is just a way used by him to refrain people from converting to other religions of their choice while taking advantage of people's emotions(LOVE) to make them convert to his own " b'cos they truly love the girl"

But why must a Muslim marry a non Muslim woman... ? Please share some surah or hadith to support Islam position?
