Maybe you should watch simulation videos of crash tests where the need of seat belts cannot be over emphasised

They didn't have a driver. Oh, their vehicle was on auto-pilot, e kwa?

It was reported as a lone accident. A possible seating arrangement is this: driver and police orderly (front seats), Mr & Mrs Ocholi (middle row) and chief detail, Ocholi Jnr and PA (last row).

Probability of wearing the seat belt: 1. driver 85%, 2. Police orderly 10% 3. Mr & Mrs Ocholi 15%, 5. Chief detail 50% 6. Ocholi Jnr 5% (possibly sandwiched btw CD & PA, leaving him with 2 point seat belt) and 7. PA 75% (Seating directly behind his late Oga).

Note that the air bags helped those that survived.
