I borrowed about #400 from mtn, only to get this after few days when I tried. To know how much I still got to pay. Is this scam or what?

Hi Elderken, so sorry to hear this. I'm sure it could have been an error. You can dial *606# then select 3 to check your MTN Xtra time balance. Also, I currently run a thread here called the MTN Customer Care Thread https://www.nairaland.com/1379574/mtn-customer-care-thread ,
