And since Gen Olawumi took over as the DG, nysc has been always worked a month behind shedule, b15 was told their camping would be sept/oct but at the end it was oct/Nov/dec, A16 were promised Feb/March now it is march/April/may, so if they said that B16 will be July, stick with August..lol
