Sequoia:Of course for a supposedly professional driver, 1.he should not have applied the brakes. 2. He should glance over his dash board periodically to monitor condition of the vehicle maybe he would have seen a tyre pressure difference. 3. Once on the highway,Minister or no minister he must insist on the use of seat belts for all occupants in a convoy situation. 4.As a supposed professional driver always expect the unexpected while on the highway. Gunshot attack, accident, highway robbers, reckless pedestrian, roaming cattle. That way you will not be thrown into a panic and alertness would be high. The list goes on but I rest my case here. R.I.P to the dead. |
