I registered for Chrisvicmall around Feb 2016. On Feb 10, 2016. I Paid in N30,000 to their Diamond bank account to fund my
Chrisvicmall account because I needed them to help me purchase some
goods from China. The account was funded within few days.

But afterwards I changed my mind in buying through them, so I sent in a withdrawal from my Chrisvicmall account to my Diamond Bank account in Nigeria. The withdrawal request was sent out on the 16th Feb, 2016. Which they confirmed by sending me a feedback mail.

But till this day, 10th March, 2016. Am yet to receive my money. Have called their Nigeria office several times, they said I should contact the China office which i did. Several messages were sent to Elena Whatsapp not replied.

I chatted with one "Tom" on the Chrisvicmall website.
Anyday I chat with Tom reminding them of my money, he would confirmed and promise to send the money that very day I chatted.

That is what Tom always say whenever i chat with him concerning my money. That I would receive it "today"

I would appreciate anyone that can assist me in contacting Chrisvicmall to pay my money.

I am very careful before dealing with anybody online, but when I saw the Chrisvicmall banner ads on Nairaland Ads gave the assurance that they are a legit company.

I attach images from my Chrisvicmall account so the world can see and confirm.
I also have the deposit teller i used in paying N30,000 to their Diamond bank account.

I would appreciate any assistance in getting Chrisvicmall to pay my money.

you are not the only one in this mess. i don't know what kind of coy would delay withdrawal request for over a month now. mine is going to a month plus since i requested for withdrawal. i noticed the exchange rate is very high so i decided to withdraw the cash since February. this is not what i expected from them. guess they have a better explanation to this delay because i don't see why withdrawal request would be delayed for over a month plus. not encouraging at all

I don't want to believe Nairaland would approve an Ad Campaign for a Company
that is into dubious financial activities.
I am using this medium to call on the management of Nairaland and other moderators
to look into this matter.
Because it was Chrisvicmall banner advert i saw on this forum that led me to sending money to them.

When a withdrawal is withheld for the estimate payment time, then there is a reason for such delay. Between 10:00a.m - 12:p.m tomorrow being Friday, chat with Victor on his whatsapp +8615021388040 explain to him. You can also chat with us online between 9:00a.m-12p.m and if anyone accepts your chat, ask the person to forward your chat to Victor, that you need to speak with him. He will help to you to look into the withdrawal issue.

You are the one to complain to your team on his behalf..... Not to ask him to chat with this person or that person. Or chat with this person and tell them to connect him with that person so that they will tell him the same old gospel the issue will be resolved soon.

You ask him to call Chinese number and hold a press conference telling this person to connect him to the other person,

for how long is he gonna call or chat with your team?

Or Hasn't he been calling you guys since all this while?

So you want at the end he will use ₦50k to retrieve his ₦30k or is your company going to pay him for the money spent in making the calls?

What is he going to explain to them now that he hasn't explained to them before?

Mr man his informations are here which serves as a prove. Use it to call the person in charge to clean up your company mess and stop messing around with someone's hard earned money in this hash economy.

Why wouldn't you see their banner when they've used your money to pay Seun to past their ads on Nairaland.... CC Seun, Lalasticlala please we need moderator in this thread

this is serious. Why holding some one's cash for over a month without giving them any good reasons.

But op! Sorry to say o, anyway I reserve my reservoir make e non go be like insult. How can you send money to chrisvicmall to help you buy something from china? Don't you know you can buy and pay for the item your self and deciding which shipping company you want to use? If you have alipay account and the N30k you sent CVM,is been credited to your alipay nkor? Won't you be able to make payment yourself? I just feel sorry for you.

I don't know what I could have done if not for Nairaland. Thank God for a site as Nairaland.
I may not have gotten this money.
