Is There A Justification For This Compulsory Wasteful Spending? by Kondomatic(op): 3:37pm On Mar 12, 2016
When I got to this site yesterday to finish up the work we(3 guys) have been doing since last week, I was told that the work owner wasn't around so I decided to go to the market to buy some of the thing we needed, pure water(satchet water) inclusive.

The water seller said it is N20/satchet and N200/bag. I was like WTH!!!! Thank God the worked finished yesterday else I would have spent a good amount of money on water alone.

The last time I bought it, the price was N50/bag so I could have bought 8 bags of water with that N400 but it can buy just 2 bags now.

Water is not the only thing that added price, the price of local rice has increased by 50%, pepper, tomato, onions etc has increased price. Everyone is putting the blame on dollar but I don't get it.

How does the price of dollar affect this pure water business and the foods that are produced in our own farms?

Can anyone tell me how?

Dat is what happens when illiterates are in charge of the market system . Most of them have associations , yet these wicked associations are the once that push 4 increase in prices . A market woman told us dat if they don't join association, they will be attacked and dat if they join but sell at a lower price frm others , they will be attacked as well . I hate market associations , I hate the Nigerian transport association . These 2 associations are demonic and are run by pple who did not see d 4 walls of a school . Govt needs to do something bout them
