A lecturer requires a 3 bedroom flat in Ota, Ogun state. Could be part of a building or in an estate.
Should be well finished with tiles in the kitchen and bathroom(s).
Bore hole will be nice or at least water in any form.

Iyana Iyesi is the bus stop before winners. The house is about 3-5mins drive to iyana iyesi on the main idiroko road

Can you please send some pictures and details the email on the post?
Is the house fenced? is there water? is the water running inside? how many toilets? are there tiles in the kitchen and bath? is it on the floor?
All the conditions may not be fulfilled but they are desired.
Lastly, are you the landlord or rep?
Just some details.

The house is fenced, there's water (borehole) and it runs in all the rooms, it has two toilets also has a store beside the kitchen, toilet, bathroom and kitchen are 100% tiles, all floor is tiled with PVC ceiling, house has just be painted, it's actually 2uniits and yes I am the landlord, will get pictures hopefully by tomorrow
