I have always noticed that whenever any current political leader from the ruling party is approached by a journalist, especially our President, one major blame they always make is on the inefficiency of the Last 16 years.....

So my question now is:

If PMB was allowed to rule Nigeria 16 years ago, would things be different from the way they are now??

I don't know why you allow yourself to be fooled. So it was not roten 16years afterall, look at how you are naming the achievments of PDP, but turn around to hail an APC politician who blaims everything on last 16years. PDP is far from a decent Political party, they accomondate all sorts of criminals and so does APC. Don't allow those politicians to fool you.
