You don't need to send money to him he said if you have any question about schooling in China ask him.
All you need from him is just to give you some schools name and address you will have to contact them by yourself but make sure the school you are contacting is well known and approval by federal ministry of education here in Nigeria.
Someone has done this for me years back and l was able to school at a college in uk.
