Check the version, I hope its v1.00.0460

Procedure:

1. From the list of Manufacturers select Unknown ZTE modem and for the model use: Unknown ZTE modem option

2. Then Press the search button

3. After your ZTE modem is recognized click on Unlocking then Unlock
