I have logged in to his website and it says Website under Maintenance and will be back up in 2 days.

I notice the previous web designer is best value providers and the new developer is brandnaware, i guess the OP is the earlier.
The OP is just being bitter that his services were terminated and decided to pull a fast one knowing the foolish herd mentality that defines Nigerians.

Inspiredm seems to have been advised and eventually came down from his high horse.

He transferred N40,000 to facilitate my trip to enable me get his backup files.

I will do so for him and thereafter request for an address to send the CDs to.

That will be the last interaction with him.

They send representatives to your showroom, document you and you pay annual fee of 150,000 Naira as a car dealer, sometimes they offer you FREE Signposts and sends staff to take photos of your inventory on a weekly or bi weekely basis.
