This is not Buhari. This is the CBN governor using his initiative and near autonomy . Sanusi also did this kind of independent thing for universities but Jinathanians said he was mis using his office. Within limits the CBN can do this kind of thing. They have a special board that approved it.

Rubbish, who is saying good news? What about those that have served and are roaming the streets of lagos? What about those that have served, have good biz ideas and cannot execute because of no funding. CBN this is totally absurd. Inbtw imagine the free money NYSC collects 1000 from 1000corps members that applied (highest 3million/10 successfully selected corper), NYSC is a system that grows corruption
We just keep our business proposal and carry out certificate home...

So where your profit/ expenditure within that 2years
