building collapses in ile-ife by divine808(op):
It rained last night at Ile-ife, Osun state and it wasn't really stormy but windy. On my way to the office this morning, I saw this collapsed building affected by the heavy downpour at Modomo line 5, off Ede road, Ile-Ife. Workers in the affected building which is under construction are still trapped as at the time of this report. Efforts are on-going to rescue the trapped workers.

I stand to be corrected i noticed that most of the houses collapsing are those been built by developers and organisations.
Houses been built by home owners i.e owners to live in it dont crumbles that easy because they dont Use fake or substandard materials as much because they want to cut Cost.
The reason the buildings are failing is majorly due to excessive Cost cutting by the developers.
