I lived in PH for years before coming back to lagos so I know what happened and can happen in Rivers state.

Rivers people need to change their mindset and improve themselves in all areas of life.

Apc should be held responsible, cos they're so desperate to takeover rivers. They've been calling on Buhari to declare sate of emergency in rivers before now, so they can as well fuel any means to achieve that.
