In the south here, All General Hospital issue NPC Birth Cert. Thats were I got mine 7yrs ago.

i heard NPC wont give u a birth cert if you are over 18...it would be in form of an affidavit..

Yes, after the exam, Only 50 candidates will make it to the AFSB SCREENING. It' follows the proverbial saying "MANY ARE CALLED BUT VERY FEW ARE TAKEN"

if you are over 18 they might tell u to go to court and swear and affidavit,then bring it to thier office,then they might issue u a cert which is more of an affidavit than a normal birth cert.atleast thats how they do it in ma town..dunno of other places sha

I just gat to. So they would know the military has a lot of integrity and all their centers are very good as the exam will be Co-ordinated by Gallant Military Officers assisted by Honest Civilians.

NPC is preferable to Affidavit but they are both acceptable
