So the eye witness that landed with the money counted the money to be sure it is 5b ? And your source from the presidency both called you and confirmed it was 5b that was moved to Rivers State?? Less I forget, the last time I checked such luggage can only be checked in, I guess your eye witness was also checked in with the money which gave him room to inspect the money.

So basically, it was carried in a transparent duffel bag, that's how you know it's cash being offloaded and it's N5bn in totality and not N3bn or N2.5bn.
