midolian:I'm not surprise cases like these have been thrown down the drain. But its funny how almost all these cases dies when our collective hero of nigerian democracy Goodluck Jonathan was president. I want to urge the EFCC to pick up, from where they left off and continue with these cases. Let the EFCC be as busy as a bee and go after these men. |

joseph1832:d last time I checked gej was not the chief prosecutor of those cases. gej was not the chief jugde n magistrate handling those cases. also there r 3 arms of govt, the executive, legislative n judiciary. the judiciary handles every cases brought to its court I also know that the judiciary is independent in its workings. they dont wrk on directives from the executives if not pdp would hv won lagos state in 2011 via the appeal or tribunal. efcc is independent institution established to checkmate corrupt practices just like inec is an independent institution. the question I keep asking apc zombies is why did inec performed under gej but efcc couldnt? dont forget the 2 r independent institution n to me inec supercedes efcc cos if gej had crippled n pocketed inec like the chief navigator of apc baba ewura did, buhari wouldnt hv bin here today n nothing for happen for naija, na still killings in d north n protest that wont last a yr n gej for still be d president. gej didnt come to fight corruption in an archaic way, he did his by strengthening institutions n creating newpolicies that will block loopholes that encourages looting of our monies by civil servants n politicians. I believe u know of ippis, bvn n tsa. dont also forget that USA is one of the most corrupt countries in the world, but the difference btw them n nigerians is that we take d looted funds to invest in thier country while they invests thiers in thier country. |
