This a mistake on the date of birth on my son's intl passport

They revoked it because you at POE or where? You can't recover revoked visa though.

There is a mistake in year of birth in my son's int'l passport and I have reported to immigration office and they promised to amend it

POE mean Port of entry I.e the first airport u land wen u travel.
