I am wondering if Nairaland pay it's moderators.
If yes, how much are moderators paid?
Also are moderators obliged to be creating topics all the time to keep the forum going?

OP, Nairaland moderators don't get paid a penny, it is voluntary. Only SuperMods like lalasticlala get paid.

Moderators are not posters, dey are only meant to moderate forum activities, they are not forced to post.

If you are asking this question because u also want to or u av a forum, dis Nairaland concep might not work for u. People volunteer to be moderators because Nairaland is alredi established and dey r not obliged to post topics because no matter what, loads of topics will go in from random members every minute. They might not want to work with ur forum till u pay dem.
