This is a true life story,please I need your comments and advice..

My name is Dominic,I'm a student of cross river university of technology,Ogoja campus,level 200.I am 17 years old,I am an orphan and an only child of my late parents.

My parents died in a ghastly motor accident on their way to ogoja l.g.a in cross river state two years ago.(r.i.p)
My uncles have taken everything away from me,because I'm young,and besides I can't fight them cos they're evil.

I live with my maternal grandmother and two aunt's in ogoja,those are the people catering for me since my parents died last two years but things have gotten worse,that we hardly have food to eat,talk more of providing my school needs which are of great importance to all of us.

I'm in my year two already,and I can say I've tasted little suffering.
I have done different kinds of jobs,but u know jobs with good pay aren't easy to come by these days,all the jobs I engage in don't give me even quarter of the money I need in school,it's just so sad.
But I know that with God all hope is not lost,and he'll always make a way when all doors seem closed.

This is my first topic on NL,I'm here to seek advice from you all,please help me so that I don't drop out of school,education means alot to me,and I know it's a pathway to greatness,and this is the only way to repay those who catered for me up till this sad moment where their hands are tied.

Please what can I do earn enough money to buy textbooks,feed and other school necessities..Please help.Thanks.

moderators plz do the needful...BTW sorry for your loss..I can relate this to my dad situation during his adolescent he is also an orphan...God is the father to the orphan.you can start by selling things you know student loves a lot..the lord is your strength.the sky is ur starting point.

A) why would you even seek money for textbooks and school necessities when you cant even get a decent meal?! GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT!!!!
if your grandma/aunts cant even get decent feeding then you should FORGET about schooling for the time being and instead seek for ways to provide proper feeding for the whole family. your academic dreams MUST be put on hold until the situation at home gets better. dont be selfish thinking that textbooks are more important right now than a decent meal for your whole family.

B) why would an uneducated person seek for a well paying job anyway?! GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT!!!!
stick to these low paying jobs until you have a better option, instead of coming on NL expecting handouts.

C) why would you even lose hope, and believe that doors are closed, when you can get a low paying job, while many Nigerians cant even get ANY job whatsoever (whether low paying or otherwise)?! GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT!!!!
be grateful for the little that comes your way, instead of using God to dream of what you dont deserve yet!
