As earlier reported by Sahara Reporters that there was an assassination attempt on Dakuku Peterside yesterday in Rivers State the truth has finally been revealed as it was the Chief of Staff to Rivers State Government that was actually the victim in the assassination attempt. The picture shows Chief Emeka Woke escaping to his car and his brother seriously injured. No where is there any evidence from Dakuku's camp. apart Reporters because of money should not heat up the scene in Rivers State and cause a scenario where people will die because of their greedy list for money.

They did not lie. Woke and his people chased Dakuku all the way to DSS office from Isiokpo. Saharareporters' s story is as clear as day.

The Department of State Services, DSS, has foiled an
assassination attempt on the life of the Director
General of NIMASA, Dakuku Peterside.
Heavily armed men suspected to be thugs loyal to a
political party engaged the DSS in a gun-battle at UTC
Junction, Old GRA, Port Harcourt.


One of the DSS officers, who is assigned to Dakuku
Peterside (name withheld) was hit in the leg.
One of the security details told DAILY POST that, “We
got information that PDP thugs want to swap results at
the collation centre at Isiokpo in Ikwerre Local
government area. We mobilised to go and stop the
thugs. On our way back to Port Harcourt, we noticed
that a car was trailing us. At UTC junction, we decided
to be sure of the people trailing us; the youths started
shooting sporadically. My boss was hit.”


In the meantime, the Chief of Staff to Nyesom Wike, the
Rivers state Governor, Emeka Woke has been arrested
by the DSS in connection with the attack on Dakuku
Peterside.
The military has reinforced to Dakuku’s home.

Nice said and if this is true but lemme ask you why not DSS reinforce and arrest the attacker and why the Nigeria Army after him and arrested him because I read somewhere here on Nairaland that he was arrested by the Nigerian Army while another post says he is no where to be found..

Because nairaland is a home for all manner of people. They can post whatever they like just to spread falsehood quickly.
