Still No red carpet, no National anthems. We even don't see Cuban President at the airport, why ?
Everybody knows the harsh feelings between Cuba and the U.S. after the revolution and the Bay of Pigs invasion,but the two countries decided to get alone, so why this cold welcome ceremony?
