I am Engr. Onakomaya Adegbenga by name.. I must confess ,, you guys are doing great job in PET trend. I just got this dog pictured below from a colleague.. I know little to noting about dogs... My first question is .. What breed of dog is this type of dog called.. What likely is the father and mother breed. Second question, what are the do and don't of this breed.. Thanks in advance..

Thats Anayo, Anayos are really very strong breed. They run the hood and have really high immunity against diseases. They are equally slayers of lions and tigers. Nice breed you gat there 2 Likes |

It looks more like our local breed. It can be compared to a Basenji mixed with Irish Terrier. Very energetic dog, very alert, high immunity to diseases ( but immunise it). But, as a good security dog,I am not sure. But they can hunt animals well. 1 Like |

He plays alot.. Even with strangers ... Which I don't like... Please help .. How can I make this kind of dog very aggressive.. Need it to be security firm...... |

osomegbe: Nice response.. Let's hope to see more of such on Petland, unlike the silly immature comments you usually get.. OP, it sure does look like a Basenji mixed with something else, the rarely bark but can hunt for days.. Very beautiful dog you have there.. From my little knowledge on dogs, I will go for Rotts, Pitts or GSD for security purposes, but it does depend on a lot of factors. Just wait for the heavy weights to chip in. |
