Buhari is busy struggling to have oil producing states in the strong hands of his Fulani through the APC now a quasi northern Nigeria political party.

It appears PMB is beginning to wake up. We do hope this summit isnt talk talk as usual...

Nigerian export has dropped by over 40% from last year, inflation is at 11% and unemployment rate is almost at the pre 1999 era. For what it is worth PMB has to improve on GEJs successes in agriculture, foreign direct investment and export promotion while fighting corruption.

Thats the clear way forward instead of irrelevant inter party bickering

"Its the exchange controls stupid!", is what this boild down too.

Ever since Buhari introduced the forex controls by halting any further silide in the currency despite the crashing of oil prices was akin to pulling the plug on a patient!

He naive and puerile attempt to defy gravity has thrown entire economy into turmoil.

52% of the inputs used by manufacturing industry is imported. Due to dollar shortages, many are in serious trouble now. There just is no forex.

Until he allows the naira to float to its real value, there will continue to be excess demand at the official rate that can't be met and an extremely undervalued rate at the black market which is stoking inflation.

Is the country heading towards stagflation?

Please keep quite. GEJ messed it up. When OBJ came to power he meet $3b in reserve, oil was sold at $9 per barrel but left over $44b in reserve. Yardua doubled it to $66b but Jonathan left $30b with oil selling for $100 per barrel. We will continue to blame GEJ because the economy cannot suddenly collapse in 10 months. If GEJ had saved enough money for today, we wont be in this mess. Rather he squandered the money, the shoeless prodigal son

Am so sad about this regime..
Right now, one cannot even buy anything in the market because the prices are three times increased..one cannot be comfortable in his home due to power failure..
2019 is awfully too long to wait for a change of govt.
Only God can save us now in this country..
I miss GEJ.

During d time of my hero, fuel was not scarce. what do we get today? my hero stepped up electricity of ds Nation to 5000 mega watts & yet ur dullard can't maintain it. even Fashola attested that my hero constructed more federal roads than any other government, what has ur idle dullard done? my hero got back railway system, let ur ruling MB add to what he met, my hero established 9 federal universities to alleviate academic stress, what has ur uncertificated presido for academic progress? my hero started d rejuvenation of our refineries, now ur petroleum minister is telling us it can't work. its more expensive to refine. my hero stopped d corrupt way of handling fertilizer to improve on agriculture but ur herdsmen r recruiting his people as killers. 6 years of my hero's rule is marked with many achievement. 9months of ur dullards rule has taken us 90years backward. keep being deceived with anti corruption campaign. how did he come to power, with which fund?
