Please don't encourage mediocrity what is good about this, is he encouraging beggars to litter the street, are they not supposed to provide home shelters for this people if the are too greedy to give them jobs. You make sense, but don`t forget that some people would rather the poor, especially beggers, go to jail. At least he is showing that they are human beings like the idiots in politics.
