You listed 4 that lost and handed over. For every 1 that handed over there is a hundred that did not in the same capacity. I respect that Benin president. That is a clear example of the way forward.

On another note I am apalled that fuel queues still persist in Nigeria. I thought PMB and APC had all the magic wands to fix all.
