My friend go and sit down! You have no right downplaying your own error here, you are very ignorant and need to wake up to reality.

Open University has come to stay whether you like it or not, whoever it is u know that is not doing well academically in NOUN is because he/she is unserious, there are plenty of incentives for students in that school so much that its hard to fail.

I've seen fellow coursemates and students reschedule some exams to next semester because they feel they are not ready to write it and the school don't have any problem with that, and it doesn't in anyway affect their grades.

Everything is very flexible, if u can't write an exam in 200level no problem, u can write it in 400level but you have to make sure u finish all your courses before you will be allowed to graduate. Isn't that wonderful? What more does the Nigerian student want??

have u check NYSC website to see if NOUN is not there. For the now is only the head quarter in lagos that go for service. Batch A Set already registered waiting for deployment. They tend to extend it to other centers maybe in batch B. If u need more info go to their facebook handle.

Noun doesn't go for service, it's only Exemption certificate that will be given to students who re upto 35yrs of age.

my friend shut the crap, it has been there since time immemorial, have u seen any Noun student mobilised?? Don't be silly, I'm a 400level, 2nd semester Law student of National open University. I guess u might be one of the new students who don't make enquires before enrolling.

Oh interesting , are you a NOUN graduate? have you seen any NOUN students Lagos study center confirmed to go for service....all you wrote above i have heard and read it online but my brother NOUN is yet to be confirmed for NYSC. As some of their programmes are yet to accredited too.I am not against NOUN OOOO..before you change am for me

If you attended a conventional University, and maybe running a program in NOUN, you will agree with me that NOUN is an academically disciplined institution.

Any graduate from NOUN with 1st class or second class upper must be a sound personality with unrivaled intellectual prowess.

Sir, but the incompetent graduands is more than the sound ones on a high margin.
90% is just for the certificate not to acquire the skills.

Mr man or whoever you are, stop all this rant. I know many graduate of regular universities that knows nothing about computer despite that they study computer science. In fact,i know one in my office,name of the university withheld that he cannot operate computer. visit that school and see by yourself. No sorting of exam papers from lecturers,you are on your own. The school is just like writing a profesional examination where you don't know your lecturers but have to read and pass the exam

Read all my statements. i never said they are going before. i said they are mobilize in batch A this year waiting for deployment. and for the now according to their facebook handle. is only the headquarter and exemption letter would be given out to other centers. i never said all centers. they tend to include others maybe later. note am not undergraduate. i am planning to do a postgraduate program there
