the same scenario played out in my neighbourhood yesterday, though the lady in question dumped her's inside a septic tank. the baby was rescued anyway and rushed to the hospital.

They should have wrapped the baby na!

This is what we get for not actively promoting legal ADOPTION of babies by those who can care for them as theirs.
