I will start from the later part of the question infinite/infinite=1
Proof: infinite = 1/0 hence infinite/infinite = (1/0)/(1/0)= 1/0 × 0/1 = 1
And the first part 0/0=¿
Proof: (0/1)/(0/1)= 0/1 × 1/0 = 0/1 × infinity = undefine

you cannot do 0/0 and infinity/infinity directly - you have to take limits:

The limit as a tends to zero of a/a = 1. Likewise the limit as a tends to infinity of a/a =1.

That's the best anyone can do.

Infinity is a concept and an idea. It's no necessary a number per say. If you're working with very small numbers like 10^-100, even real number 1 can be used as infinity in this case. You'll understand it better if you see infinity as an idea not a particular number
