Well well....I've always loved nursing but I didn't wanna risk staying home another year but my jamb score(257) actually gave me dis hope...a strong one at that, so that's it ....I stay at odo ona.....

Nursing started in unilag 4 years ago, they don't even have a structure yet, they kinda use topmost floor of medicine dept building. It therefore means they will have low quota and considering they also have to admit foundation student, u really have to work hard to nick it.

You have a good jamb score though but the above isn't meant to scare u but to make u realize its not a walk in the park

For nursing dept,they r part of the luckiest dept. at idi araba(college of medicine) cos they have thr own prvt hostel and thr is separate school of Nursing thr with even B ball court,football and tennis court.The essence of d story is thr is enough space for nursing student though not same large space for #QUOTA#(itz different).For the quota,they admit up to 30 for Merit + Supplementary,though the "30" is gonna reduce this time cos CMUL is trying to reduce the number student coming into the college cos of ratio of resource to student.


Lemme stop ma story here,write post utme 1st then we continue from there.

You're welcome.Trying to be among the 1st 10 is the best cos College of Med. is going fair like before,it's getting tougher most especially for MBBS and BDS.You have a good score though.When r u getting d pq?

There is a difference BTW school of nursing where the students spend 3 years and pay 300k per session, if that's what u want Dara the form is 10k and its out. This is the one that has basketball court, private Hostel, private generator with lots of beautiful girl.

For Bnsc nursing under college of medicine, they have not graduated any set, and they were using topmost floor of dept of medicine as at two years ago. Its a new dept.

As at 2 years ago am very sure, I was very much on ground in luth when they started.

But its no big deal nah, dept from faculty of social sciences have both offices and classrooms at art block thats close to senate building.

So that's no big deal

Where will they build any new building, over the years the new building in luth has always been that they will demolish and build again cos no land. It will be difficult for them to get their own structure but they can grab a floor at medicine and another in another building.

Its just called medicine building, it has other dept in it, just like art block on main campus.

Them taking spaces around luth doesn't affect quota is d main tin.But I think there is improvement of recent.I've got a nursing student there,will ask more from her.But acquiring space doesn't affect qouta "for nursing".

I know nah, am just telling her not to relent, kinda expecting higher cut off mark for dept under college of medicine cos of the crossing issue.
