This problem is not just an Igbo thing; it also affects Yoruba.

I think self defence is the only way out.

I doubt it if the security agency will tolerate other than fulani herdsmen to carry arms.

All d useless govs in other states should take a clue from former gov Peter Obi of anambra state and Obiano who is very conscious of security in anambra.
Today, we have state police and every comunity in anambra have a well equipped and functioning vigilante service. Most rich homes too do keep guns. Take a clue from Anambra state my people.

Well, the normal military men have AK 47, But they have converted it to protect the Fulani herdsmen.

Its about time some1 start supplying AK's and above to vulnerable coummunities in readiness for fulani criminals posing as cattle rearers.

This country has no govt aimed @ protecting lives and properties in the event of an attack by marauders.

The only way out is arming urself and communities, lay ambush for these nomads and strike wherever u find them in ur communities. Fulani people dont bring development wherever they go as destruction of houses, crops and killing of innocent people who rejected their moronic cattle rearing philosophy is self evident.
