Please i need someone to explain how i can change "Welcome Guest" to "Welcome (username) i mean the particular user that login.

You need to understand little of WordPress codex and be a bit comfortable with editing php files to do that.
actually it's very easy to accomplish but I don't know your level of experience with editing php files.

Moreover a search on Google would put you in the right direction. I have done something like that before.

If you are comfortable editing php files, I can direct you but if you are not, I would help you do that.

Just get in touch with me or send me your header.php file
First send me a screen shot of what you want changed so I know for sure what file you are to send but am very sure it's gonna be the header.php file
