Hi, my aunty was brutally beaten by her boyfriend.
We want to charge him to court.
Please I need advice on how to go about this case.

You need to report to the police first,
Then you might need a lawyer for proper advice.

There are not only laws protecting females (and males) from violent assault.
There are also laws that prevent a male from TOUCHING a female in some circumstances.

She just came back for easter holiday, then he saw her and began to beat her.
He was the reason, she left Lagos at first due to his constant harassment.

it's easy, this is a criminal case . report to the police nd they'll handle the matter from there ,if she wants to pursue the matter in court, the state will represent you its d guy that needs a lawyer
charge : assault and battery
