Sometimes, we make some expressions/sayings just to buttress a point, but little do we know that these expressions are incorrect. Unfortunately, we have fine tuned some of them to suit ourselves. Below are some of the correct expressions/sayings: *It is not "An idle mind is the devil's workshop" but rather "The devil makes work for idle hands". *It is not "He who laughs last laughs best" but "He who laughs last laughs longest". *It is not "He who plays the piper dictates the tune" but "He who pays the piper calls the tune". *it is not "You can't eat your cake and have it" but "You can't have your cake and eat it". *It is not "Birds of the same feather" but "Birds of a feather". *It is not "When there is life, there is hope" but "Where there is life, there is hope". *It is not "Action speaks louder than voice" but " Actions speak louder than words".
