Seems like Sterling hasn't contacted anyone in a while now.
I think the next training school will be starting in April. Since training is about 6 weeks and there should be no break in between, I think they're holding on to fix it after the Easter break.
I do think they should at least contact those who have done the interview with the HR head for medicals though so one will know training school is just next. But then, I don't know how they want to do it.

NOTE : I do not have any official source for this information, it's just me thinking out loud

I think it's to go there the earliest time you can and for me that's Tuesday. It's late today, tomorrow is public holiday as well as Monday. So, if you can't make it today, my suggestion is to make that your Tuesday affair.

I don't reside in Lagos either. Do you not intend to travel down to Lagos for your medicals? If you cannot travel anytime soon, I suggest you contact them if you cannot.

I had a panel interview with the retail sales team on 5th of march and I ve nt been contacted since then. pls is anyone in my shoes?
Re: Graduate Trainee Opportunity In a Top Bank In Nigeria by Nobody: 7:09am On Mar 25, 2016
Alright. It's just like a very brief basic recap of the panel interview. "Your name, background, what makes you different? Why should we hire you?" - stuffs like that. It'll be over in 10 minutes at the most.

Basically I think Sterling Bank are not organized(no offense.. I have nothing against their staffs or their recruitment process)
I had my effective communications test in November, my first interview in December, my interview with group head hr in December, my medicals in December....
And since then I've heard nothing from them. A lot of the guys I had medicals with are already working in d various branches they've been posted to after training school...
There's no uniformity, and it actually doesn't cost anything to keep candidates apprised of what is happening...
Anyways.. Thank God for God.
I got kpmg while waiting for sterling...

The recruitment process is good..
But it can b better...
