Apple releases a new iOS 9.3 updates on all devices few days ago, but it turned out this update has cause lot of havoc on the iphone/ipad device. This update appear to come with lots of crazy bug. Too much trouble on Activation especially if you can't remember Apple ID password. So its advisable to wait for some days anytime an updates is release just to avoid this and be safe.

According to Apple: This bug is mostly affecting older iOS devices, here is the full list below:

>> iPhone 4S,
>> iPhone 5, 5C, and 5S
>> iPad 2, 3 and 4
>> iPad Air.
>> iPad Mini and Mini 2, and
>> 5th Gen iPod Touch

If your device is already affected, Apple advise that you try to reset your password or disable the Activation Lock feature at iCloud.com. You can also connect the affected device to a computer using iTunes. The company is seriously working on a fix for this bugs so just wait before you update.

Wow. The 5 series of iPhones have already become old? Time flies, time really flies.

I updated my iPhone 5c the very day the update was released and there's no bug.

Saw the update as it was rolled out. Didnt update cos it was 300mb. had to wait to use my night plan but i guess it has been disabled before then...

Not true.. Updated and no bug,.. If you upgrade via OTA you stand high risk of meeting bugs always use itunes.. I download ipsw and use iTunes

My own is very serious
I was forced to install the update when my iphone couldnt find network for 3 days
Since then there is several lines on my phone screen
i was thinking of changing the screen but i later realised it's software problem

Before you start the upgrade , first upgrade your iTunes to latest version, then create a back of your device with the iTunes.
You have do the above so that if your device fails to activate after updating to 9.0, you will definitely do a system restore and and all
Your data will be wiped out in the process.

Only the backup your created earlier can restore your device the way it was before the update.
I got this knowledge when my iPad failed to activate after updating to the new iOS and it took me 2 days research to figure it out
