Okay. Hope the easter celebration was fun. Anyway, i have being away because i am an expectant father, for those who would understand me.

Majority of us here, do not realize that , the boutique you go to, to buy expensive wears, are actually selling repackaged okrika wears to you...

NB: New info, you could make excess profit selling meats, but that would be for another topic.

Probably, you are wondering how on this red earth, will they be selling okrika wears to you at the rate of 3-15k or more, depending on the quality of the clothes..... Grade A okrika bales is actually the goldmine....

Final Stage.

Rent a shop, and decorate it to a boutique standard. Probably at this stage, you must have purchased your okrika bale, depending on the ender you would like to sell. Below is a brief info about the kind of bales available.

- Male shirt
- Male trouser
- Male polo

- Female shirt
- Female polo
- Female gown
- Female trouser

- Baby wears.

or the almighty mix mix. This kind of bale contains every thing listed above. But always remember to buy grade A, else you might end up regreting it, and if you are afraid of buying in bale, kindly bend down and select your goods.

Decorate your shop to the standard of a world class boutique, which i believe you know what to do about this.

Open the bale, and select the very best inside them, now select the second best and the third best.

Hand them over to a laundry man, or you can do that yourself. wash, starch and iron them. Buy a perfume and spray on the repackaged okrika wears. In this case, when people visit your boutique, tell them your clothes are from Dubai, Germany or Italy, just tell them a story to believe. There you have it, with your own extra packaging, you would be recognised as a respectable fashion seller.


But what about the remaining wears from the bale, you can sell those ones to people, or better still add them to you boutique.

The next stage is, how can i sell them online.

Take a look at various online stores, making huge money selling fashionable wears.

Create an ecommerce website, which wont cost you much, get your product on your website and advertise them. In regards to adverts, i would recommend the following:

- Facebook ads

- Facebook group: In this situation, get someone to build a facebook group for you with above 200k members, and you are good to go. 10-15k would do this.

- Facebook page: Dont worry about how to get fb likes on your page, just promote your fb page on your fb group.

- Instagram ads

- Nairaland ads

- Word of mouth.

Liquid soap business requires less than 15k to prodduce a 200litres worth of liquid soap.

-Chemicals Required-

. Soda ash
. Pac R
. sulphonic acid
. SLS
. Texapon
. Perfume
. Colouring
. Formalin


-Preparation Mechanism-

Soak the sls, soda ash and pac R inside a 2litres of water seperately for 24hours.

Stay tuned for the remaining info.

NB: You would make atleast 5-10k daily from the business.

Pour the Pac R inside 8litres of water. Remember, this coaching is basically for 40litres of liquid soap.

Stir the pac R till it dissolve, then pour your soda ash inside and stir, at this stage, add the SLS and keep stiring. Pour the sulphurnic acid inside it, and keep stiring, at this stage the liquid soap is ready. Stop stiring , and continue after 8minute.

Add your texapon and stir, then ad your colouring and perfume, and continue stiring. Add your formalin for preservation(commercial use only).

In order to make your product buyable, print a label with your own logo and product details.

Go to the market and purchase a packaging container of your choice.

If you can do this, you are ready to start producing liquid soap.

- Preparation Mechanism-
( Buy your desired bottle, for packaging). - place your bottle on a flat surface
- Place a funnel on the bottle mouth
- Place a filter inside the funnel
- Add your desired level of essential oil inside the bottle
- Now add your ethanol
- Add a few drops of the distilled water.
- Cover the bottle with its exact nozzle cap
-You are absolutely good to go.
