Afro3:This Sanni Ahmed Ibrahim honestly has a dull or non-working brain. I pity whoever sent him to school because that was a waist of every resources spent on him. |

No he's not the problem of Nigeria. Mumuhammado Mumuhary is the head and if the head is bad, there's no way the body will function properly. Even a world class economist will fail woefully working with such a brain dead lanky goat! Just read the crap he wrote. All these guys with their bigotnomics.. Emefiele is implementing useless policies that will please mumuhammado mumuhary but will not be beneficial for the common man in anyway but here they are praising him.. ![]() |

We just discovered the CBN needed specialist skills and got approval from the Federal Character Commission NOT to advertise and instead to do targeted head hunts. And this is very common in both public and private institutions. Emefiele also got the Commission's Clearance Certificate after the recruitment because they supervised and ensured the FCC principles were followed. Moreover the names of the Rich whose children were employed were less in number compared to the names of those also employed who are orphans and who are of common backgrounds. If I may ask, is the daughter of Atiku or Arase or others not Nigerians who have right to employment in the CBN if found to be qualified. Am afraid this is the focal point of this publication and nothing else. To shove it down our throat that we can't do anything about it. Change my foot. This administration has a way of arrogance unprecedented in history. |

APC are the ones to blame. Instead of leaving the economy the way they met it, they came with policies that are strange and wicked. Companies and every establishment are complaining and refusing to employ because of govt economic policies. I believe the policies have little effect on govt revenue, that's why they are still happy. Govt should open up the economy. They should ask OBJ how he did it with $19 per barrel and $3 billion foreign reserve |

our foreign reserves would have been depleted by now if not for his actions, we need to stop our dependence on imports, foreign education (even pmb is guilty),medical tourism etc. the problems of Nigeria most times are caused by us not d leaders |

Jarus:The above is a very 'sophisticated' attempt at laundering the image of the present CBN Governor. But before I delve into that, let me just say I agree with the writer that sacking Emefiele over the 'illegal' recruitment into the CBN would be unfair; after all, clandestine recruitment into government agencies didn't start with him. Nevertheless, the weaknesses of the current CBN Governor are many. The writer laboured intensely to establish Emefiele's pillars of strength. For instance, he alluded to Emefiele's reserved disposition and humility as appropriate for a good CBN governor. But all these qualities are empty in the face of incompetence. I don't care if the apex bank chief is bullish or vain as long as he knows what he is doing. The writer also subtly introduced quick 'policy reversals' as a new normal in 21st century central banking: a very bold proposition. But honestly speaking, policy reversals within a span of a few months speak volumes about a certain lack of imagination in policy formulation and execution. In simple English, it is either called "confusion" or "cluelessness!" The writer's attempt to bring in multiple lemmas into the discourse was though entertaining, yet it was still an unwarranted distraction that brought nothing at all to bolster Emefiele's defence. |

Where i disagree with u,is when u said emefiele follow due process 2 release money 4 procurement of arms 4 d army, which sane cbn governor will release physical cash,b/c d president or minister of finance sent a memore to him,cnt they go & pick d arms & cbn pay via currency transfer to d arm companies. That is how d S/African caught GEJ & his gang laundering our hard currencies to SA using a bling bling pastor's private Jet. |
