Start small would still require a minimum investment of between N800k - N1.5 million.
Ask within your immediate circles of people hunting for vehicles and use that has a testbed.
NB: Ensure all vehicle purchases are throughly tested, in all ramifications (the bulk starts and stops at your workshop).

Vehicles can be purchased from numerous places. Either direct import, 9ja used or distress sale (seller facing financial hardship).
The main pitfall of buying a used vehicle, is second hand reliability. Make sure you perform a thorough test drive, scan vehicles, ramp vehicle and read user reviews(to narrow down known faults to look out for).
