sometimes d vandals settles d army, besides everybody wants to make quick money bt if u place d comunities in charge of the pipeline, u have created job 4 them and they will secure d pipeline in their domain, this is y vadalism was reduced during the tym of gej, bt buhari came and made changes without considering the effect

Not true, power generation can never be 0MW. A system collapse is not the same as no power generated. It simply means none was transmitted on to the grid.

From the look of things, it seems Nigerians made a very grave mistake last year. The bunch of clowns on board now look determined to finish off the country before 2019. Please don't mention corruption... The 2016 Budget of Shame is a pointer to what is actually going on... Massive and unprecedented corruption. We'll hear the full gist when the next administration takes over in 2019. Nigerians will definitely speak with their voter cards.

Of course even though it stares us in the face, we do not see it. Nigerians did not make any mistake in booting out the business-as-usual crew. Do not deceive yourself or let yourself to be deceived, there is nothing 'unprecedented' about the corruption which almost played out in the 2016 budget. It has always been the tradition since time immemorial but for the very fact that Nigeria is growing in the positive direction, this fraud would never have been spotted or if spotted, little bribes would have been given and the filth covered up (as long as NASS gets their share).

Now even though the budget has been cleaned thoroughly by the NASS, the president has refused to assent to the budget pending when he personally takes his time to meticulously scrutinise each figure ministry by ministry to ensure we get the cleanest budget in history. Once again, do not let yourself to be deceived, that budget padding was spotted and resisted in 2016 does not mean it started in 2016.
