Fayose has no other choice than to buy his silence. Remember that the guy feel cheated by Fayose, that was why he went on air. Section 150 Electoral Act 2010 provided for prosecution of electoral offences. you can goggle and download the Electoral Act. it says... an offence arising under this Act shall be triable in a magistrate court or a high court of the state in which the offence is committed or the federal capital territory, abuja. Electoral offences fall under State jurisdiction, and whoever is prosecuting any matter in a magistrate or state high court is subject to the nolle prosequi powers of the State Attorney General. sorry i wont call you out again or try to correct your ignorance, you can hold onto your goggle unlettered misinformation

Arent you ashamed to be typing this. Did u even go to school at all?? How can the national assembly pass law to criminalise state offence? The Electoral Act you cited was passed by whom My friend go and grow a brain and stop typing silly things. Even secondary school kids know better

First of all, you are not the one to determine the offence, thats the job of d prosecutor at the end of investigation. Secondly supreme court did not close any case, so stop living in delusion and grow a brain already!

I see this reconciliatory move by Aluko as fake and deceitful because of his loyalty to APC,so Gov. Fayose should be mindful and careful. The words of elders are words of wisdom.

Just watching the clips of reconciliation on Channels TV, the guy is not so tall, we comot cap for Fayose sha, lets hope we don't hear that Aluko goes to sleep tomorrow and does not wake up.
