This is Democracy and its not bad if updates of such cases are available in the media. We behave at times as if we are less enlightened. Visit other advance countries you will see cases online, both of elite and non elite, so what da f*ck are we saying here.

What i dont understand abt d Effcc is... If He cooking up allegations.. But i thought u have concrete evidence y is d trial stalling? If bubu no jail at least 3-4 people bfore him comot... I reserve my curse till den
The law got lots of loopholes, Efcc tendered all their evidence already and their witness had appeared remaining for metuh to defend himself and he brought up this drama, the question is why not come up with this allegation before the witness case got this farhuh

If metuh can cook up alegations to frustrate trial, then you efcc cook up your own to put him in prison after all you have all it takes.

As usual
We are Tayad of trials
We want conviction
Nigerian laws have a lot of loop holes that is why convicting a politithievian is dificult. They always employ those loop-holes to delay justice and arm twist jugdement.

Two wrongs can never make a right. If this fight against corruption is sustained in successive govts either apc or pdp the better for nigeria.

the evidences are concrete enough....his excuses of allegations wont stop justice.

Re: N400m Fraud: Metuh ‘cooked Up’ Allegations To Frustrate Trial —EFCC. by blazetitov: 10:21am On Apr 05, 2016
“In the circumstances of this case, even if the judex and the 1st defendant (Metuh) were classmates, one would have thought that relationship would have given more concern to the prosecution than the defence for obvious reasons. The prosecution would have been the one to entertain fear that the court may favour its classmate.

Naked truth. Metuh actually stole and he is showing to the whole world that he is indeed guilty.

Instead of this administration to start fulfilling their promises they are busy witch hunting opponents. What has Mr. METUH done wrong, i believe it's because he has been saying the truth. this is democracy for God's sake. The judges are even afraid to pass the right judgement, corruption has eaten them up. May God save Metuh from the hands of those heartless people.

Efcc has close case against metuh, meaning efcc has presented all their evidence, its left for metuh to defend himself, be4 the judge make his decision. But instead metuh is coming up wit all this story. This is the reason for the stalling the trial. Everyone is waiting for metuh to defend himself.
