Good day to all NL's Had a debate with my friend today as to who is supposed to be summoned by the legislators in respect to fuel scarcity. Minister: principal of a school Minister for state (minister II): vice/deputy principal. The minister for state is a deputy or vice. In the case of Transportation where you have minster for transport and a minister for state for aviation, the aviation minister is a deputy minister under the minister for transportation. In Fashola's case, he ought to have about one or two ministers of state in power and works so he works as overall boss. Just like a company has a GM but then can have a MD for each subsidiary who are all under the GM. |
