5 + 5=10,
5 * 2 + 2=12,
5 * 2 - 1 * 5=5,
1=1.

X + X = 10

2X = 10

X = 10/2

X = 5
==================

X * Y + Y = 12

X = 5

5 * Y + Y = 12

5Y +Y = 12

6Y = 12

Y = 12/6

Y = 2

==================

X * Y - B * X = 5

5 * 2 - B * 5 = 5

10 - 5B = 5

-5B = 5 - 10

-5B = -5

B = -5/-5

B = 1
==================
therefore
X = 5

Y = 2

B = 1

2a=10
a=5

5*b+b=12
5b+b=12
6b=12
b=2

5*2-c*5=5
10-5c=5
10-5=5c
5c=5
c=1
