The Special Adviser to the president on budget and planning, Ben Akabueze and his team should immediately review the full details and point out all errors and discrepancies in the document before the president finally signs it. Nelkoko:At least, you still charge in banks because they have enough diesel and petrol to operate. Under Jonathan, banks, telecommunication companies etc shut down completely due to fuel crisis and power shortage. It was unprecedented at that time.
