We didn't experience fuel scarcity for d 5yrs of Jonathan until 1week to handover when Buhari said there is no subsidy and marketers were afraid he would not pay them,so stop using dat as an excuse,cos d kind of fuel scarcity we have experienced under Buhari for several months now is pathetic,he should give us fuel,even if its 1week to his handover in 2019 there is fuel scarcity,we would not bother

Naaah!! Booooohari drank burukutu before sending a padded and fraud riddled budget to the NASS to implement in the first place. Do you read at all? The NASS did most of the work boooooohari's so called budget office couldn't do for starters. He obviously wanted to chop Yam alone with his Kunu cabinet but the NASS which comprises of more APC thieves are insisting that if boooooohari must chop..they must chop too.
